Single de Lovemonk con Aqeel y Griffi

 Ya está disponible en la web de Lovemonk el nuevo single  de Soul Vigilantes, Do it like Roger. Soul Vigilantes es un proyecto de soul moderno liderado por el productor y compositor José “Jas” Álvarez, que en esta ocasión rinde tributo a uno de lois más grandes: Roger Troutman.

 En la cara B del single, When I go to bed, encontramos a Aqeel, con un remix muy especial de Griffi. ¿Te lo vas a perder?

 Soul Vigilantes is a worldwide modern soul project led by Spanish composer, arranger and producer Jose “Jas” Alvarez. With collaborations from all around the globe, Jas has prepared a varied album touching on many collateral genres.

 On the first side, you find an equally honest and cheeky tribute to Mr. Roger Trutman. It’s a boogie number for the party people. The track is backed by a monster remix by the Elektrons, a pure jackin’ track to make the dance-floor electric. Mark Rae, Richard Dorfmeister and Ashley Beedle all played it  this summer, among many others.

 The other side is a soul filled cut, sung in style by LA’s one and only Aqeel. We can’t tell you details yet, but you’ll be hearing a lot about him and his high-profile collaborations in the coming month. Spanish beatsmith maestro Griffi gives the song a twist, that may bring Stones Throw to mind.

What a package…and very limited indeed.
